What brought you to the University of Arkansas?

My love for the Razorbacks! I originally came to the University of Arkansas to complete an undergraduate degree and fell in love with the area. Upon completing my degree, I found my way into Housing as desktop support.

Tell us a little about yourself – family? Pets?

I am 29 years old and live with my wife and our 2 dogs. One is a border collie mix and the other is an Australian shepherd mix; both rescue dogs.

What are your hobbies?

I have a wide range of interests and typically like to focus on one and attempt to master it. I have most recently dived into playing a fair bit of chess. I knew the basic concepts of chess and played some in high school, but now I am focusing on learning the competitive theories behind the game while testing those in my own games. Others include disc golf, bowling, hiking, board games, and anything competitive.

Can you provide us with a random fact about you?

Last year I took on the New Year’s resolution to walk/run 2016 miles in 2016. That averages to just over 5.5 miles a day. I made it a point to get at least 5.5 miles every day. I never missed a day and completed my goal sometime in October. I will likely never try that again. 😉

If you had a superpower, what would it be?

To know how likely an outcome occurs or accurate statistics about anything I wanted. What is the percent chance humans ever contact life outside our solar system? How many red M&Ms have I eaten vs blue? Likelihood I live until 100? All very critical questions.

All very critical questions.
