1. What brought you to the University of Arkansas?
I came to the University of Arkansas to further my career in Management. Fayetteville is my home, and I plan to continue my education at the U of A and have a lifelong career here.
2. Tell us a little about yourself – family? Pets?
I have two beautiful nieces, Michaela and Emersyn, that live here in Fayetteville. I try to spend as much time with them as possible.
On the weekends, I go out to our family farm, about 30 minutes outside of town, to spend time with my Dad. It’s a nice opportunity to visit and enjoy quality time and work in nature. We like to cut firewood and do yardwork/gardening.
3. What are your hobbies?
For fun, I love to ride my bicycle. I’d have to say it’s one of my favorite hobbies along with hiking. Winter and spring time are my favorite seasons to go hiking in the Ozarks. I also love to spend time in Colorado, hiking in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
Can you provide us with a random fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I used to live in Colorado and I absolutely love the mountains there. It is my favorite vacation spot. I would take mountains over beaches any day.
What is my favorite thing about working in Housing?
My favorite thing about working in Housing is the people I work with and the team we have here in Housing. I enjoy coming to work every day and feel very happy and blessed to get to work with such a great group of people.
