Service assistant Charlotte Huffman was recognized for outstanding work by the Honors College. She received the 2017 Honors College Outstanding Staff Award.

Charlotte is the service assistant for Hotz Honors Hall. She is the contact for maintenance, housekeeping, lock changes, special event set-ups, construction, renovation and safety and security concerns in the building.

She has been with the honors community in Hotz Honors Hall since 2013, and enjoys serving as an ambassador of Hotz by welcoming prospective students and families as they walk into the building for the first time.
