Did you know that you could receive a salary increase for completing your degree?

Well, you can!

Pursuant to Arkansas Act 369 of 2015, Section 18, the university provides an employee educational development incentive for degree completion.

The current policy states that the incentive is only in effect until June 30, 2016; however, it has been extended to June 30, 2017.
