Her co-workers in the finance area held a party for her Friday, Sept. 4.
Her supervisor Susan Wagler, associate director for finance, praised Diana’s work performance.
“While Diana has been with us a short time, two and a half years, her impact has been substantial,” Susan said.
“She contributed in many ways to improvements in processes, development of audit procedures, reduction in data errors, recommendation of procedures, and clean-up of various databases for us.
“Anyone who has worked with Diana will tell you that she is very helpful, very courteous and very knowledgeable and smart. We have been so fortunate to have Diana working with us and she will be missed.
“She is all the things professionally and even more on a personal level.
“But, I can honestly say that the whole Finance team is also happy for her to start this new adventure in Missouri with her family and a new University family. Diana has accepted a position with the University of Kansas – GO JAYHAWKS!!”
“I think it will be difficult for her to give up being a Razorback though (at least that is what I keep telling myself)!!
“We wish only the best for Diana and her awesome family!!!
